EZ Sports - Terms & Conditions 1. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. 2. Full payment of any product(s) must be received and cleared into our bank account before any goods are dispatched. 3. All goods remain the property of EZ Sports until paid for in full. 4. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). 5. Notification of damaged goods or shortage of goods must be made to EZ Sports within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Notification of non-delivery must be made within 10 working days of invoice date. 6. All goods offered are subject to availability. 7. We are happy to accept returned products as long as they are returned in the exact same condition they were dispatched. If the product is not returned in its dispatched state we cannot offer a refund. We cannot and will not offer refunds on any opened sports nutritional/supplemental goods. 8. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you to determine if you want to wait for the estimated time of arrival or to cancel your order completely. 9. Though we endeavour to make sure all information on this website is accurate, there may be discrepancies from time to time, for which we cannot accept any responsibility. 10. Mainland UK delivery is free of charge for any orders £30.00 or above in value permitting there are no items which individually weigh 30kg or more. For any orders up to £29.99 there is a delivery charge of £5.99 and for any individual items which weigh approximately 30kg or more there is a £9.99 delivery charge (on that specific item). Deliveries will normally take between 48hrs - 3 working days. We currently do not deliver overseas.
