a've been takin sainsburys omega 3 + 6 + 9 capsules, 6 a day in 2 servings. Gives me jst over 1.5g omega 3, 0.8g omega 6 and 0.15g omega 9. But i take alot of peanut butter, rapeseed oil and a wee bit of flax for pharma blend Wink

alryt lads the diets going good i went down to 65.3k but put a little back on during the holls not much but Tongue
iv just been matched up for sfc on the 21st of feb, and it looks like its going to be at 63k should i change anythin in my diet to help even more or just keep going with it ?

kewi a'l get u some diet whey n go to tesco with ye at the weekend or sumfin haha

depending on how much work a've got to do 2moro a'l try n stick u together a weeks diet plan for the training times. and dont listen to doni about the BCAAs being nonsense haha Wink

canny wait to see wot a am on friday man lol its fallin off me but! n a've got till march Tongue haha

allright lads this is the diet iv been following that yous gave me.
7am - 1 sachet oat so simple, 1 scoop PhD Pharma Blend in water and 1 apple, fish oils 3g

10am - 1 tin of tuna, 1 table spoon hellmanns light mayonnaise, any salad veg you lie as much as you like.

1pm - 1 grill chicken breast, 1/2 sachet microwave basmati rice or 1 wholemeal pitta and loads of veggies.

4pm - 1 scoop PhD Pharma Blend in water, fish oils 3g.

620pm - Scoop carbs + BCAA (Battery)
6.30pm - TRAINING

7.30pm - 5 PhD BCAA

8.30pm - 1 serving PhD Recovery 2:1

930pm - Chicken breast + veg + 3g fish oils OR small beef steak + veg OR 2 egg yolks + 4 whites scrambled.

should i change any of it as i have the diet whey or just replace it instead of taking the pharma blend?

12.40pm - 2 caps lean degree + large glass of water

3pm - 1 scoop PhD Pharma Blend in water, fish oils 3g.

4.40pm - 2 caps lean degree + large glass of water

5pm - 2 scoops diet whey in water+ 1 sachet of oats so simple

6.20pm - 5 BCAA caps

6.30pm - TRAINING

7.30pm - 5 PhD BCAA

8.30pm - 1 serving PhD Recovery 2:1

930pm - Chicken breast + veg + 3g fish oils OR small beef steak + veg OR 2 egg yolks + 4 whites scrambled.

alryt lads  Wink just want to thank ez sports for all the help with my training diet and supliments especialy Gav and Stu for the diet programe honestly lads made such a big differance in everything... thanks Smiley

taking a couple days off then back on it lol next fights at 62k that one was 65k.
was an honer to fight on the show best show av ever been to thanks to riki,rich and chris for giving me the chance of fighting on it  Grin

i am fighting in april the 24th making my pro debut at 62k should i kee[ the same diet or change it slightly?
the diet was good that yous helped me with i weighed in at 65.3 for sfc without having to cut water but obv its going to be a bit harder this time Tongue

mate do a creatine cycle, help ur strength etc. Dont try losin more weight. U've got a day before weigh in. 3kgs is fuck all Smiley

I don't even know Kiwi or much about MMA to be honest but well fuckin done anyway mate. To make it to pro level in any sport is a hell of an achievement
