My stack just now lads for putting on mass is:

SCI MX:
Mass system
GRS 5

PHD:
Recovery 2:1
BCAA Caps
V-Max Pump
Creatine.

thats a nice stack mate.  Im back on phd products after a long time off them because of the price.

recovery2:1 and v max are just phenomenal products though =D they should put 7.5g creatine instead of the 2.5g to give a grand total of 10g creatine for both products though ae?

i go through 15g BCAA per workout when im on it so the caps are extremely impractical for me =p

My current stack is

Sustenon 250 Test, 2ml per week.

Deca nandrolone 200, 2ml per week.

Ohh and Sci Mx whey protein. 3 shakes a day.

but bak on my sups a bit these days. Taking - EAS everlean (essentially wee caffine pills), reflex micro whey, phd CLA and PHD VMPUMP before weights sessions. Using alot of hemp seed oil and whole flaxseed for my omega 3 sources, pretty good ratios of fats. Now takin coconut milk with whey before training for MCTs. Gonna look on net 2moro for bulk BCAA powder and electrolytes. Need to drop some pounds now so the carbs hav been dropped, nothing i should get a medal for but ! Lol

Yo Gerry, naw its not PH its roids. just put it up for a laugh im not actually using it.  all im using ther now and have been for ages is protein powder and vmax pump.

Cheers mate. Been sitting at the same 144lb for about 3 weeks and I am eating like a horse! So figured a weight gainer was needed. More practical than more pasta! I'm sick of it haha! I only take 2 scoops tho. Not 3 as stated in the serving directions.
