Goal for tomorrow is to add two reps to every set to challenge myself. Gym is closed up here so glad I went yesterday now!

Cardio goal for today is 10 100m sprints followed by slow jog for 300 m (Yeh you guessed it - I am hitting the running track later!)

Managed to do it in the end! Was nice to be doing it outside for a change rather than on the Treadmill - so going to save £1.50 and do it outside more often.

I did 100m sprint followed by a 300m jog! Not 10 sprints in a row and then a 300m jog. I really love HIIT training cos you really feel like your working hard.

Got a session with the weights tomorrow! Must remember to get 2 more reps for each set on each exercise.

Finding that the sprints are the best exercise for my hamstrings haha! They are feeling pumped as now! That hill sounds intense Stu!

Goal for today was add two reps to each set of each exercise - AND I DID IT!

Great day today and feeling super pumped right now.

3x12,10,8 Deadlift (increasing weight - added more to start off with and then added 5kgs each set)
3x12 Squats (could only do 10 previously)
3x14 Bench
3x12 Row
3x12 Shoulder DB press
6x15 Calf raises
3x15 Reverse sit ups.

Now I have two more gym sessions this week so hopefully I can get everything up to 3x15 apart from the deadlifts which I will just increase the weight.

Was really tough in the end but got to complete it and challenge myself! I'm away to bed now for a solid sleep!

Thought I would update this after the madness of the uni exams. Hit 138 lbs and have now been on a clean bulk for about 6 weeks now.

Currently sitting at 145lbs but I think most of that is water weight.

On a two day split too which I love.

Also learned to do cleans properly! Will update further tomorrow.

SO I am rubbish at updating this! Got a two day split. First session back today after a holiday and it was tough.

Sitting at 148lbs.

Routine is as follows:

Day 1 Lower

Squats
Deads
BB Rows
Ham Curls
Plank
leg raises

Went for 10 to 12 reps and 3 to 4 sets. Greater reps and sets for the compound lifts.
